Often you find yourself trying to meet individuals that will help you get your name out there. In life, you will meet a considerable amount of people but yet, you will fail to make an impact on them because of how you project yourself. Many times we encounter ourselves with the opportunity to make a long lasting remarkable impression on people, yet, we fail because we would rather sell our product for temporary wealth, than set ourselves for a potential business partnership. We attend meetings, banquets, social events, and we would rather be the pushy salesman at the party than the interesting entrepreneur with innovative views on things. We are there to sell and nothing else. Yes, selling your product is very important, it is what makes you profit and ultimately sustain your business which provides for your family in many cases. But! There is a “But!” to this. We should sell our products by creating a situation where people seek your products/services, rather than you having to become a door to door sales person. Social media is a great way to advertise. Create videos, post photos, write articles with relevant content, hold live demonstrations of what you do and how your product benefits/helps the consumer. With this in mind, lead the way to establish partnerships that will be loyal and last a life time.
